Ps3 no doubt. why? better hardware, free online play(that is en par with live), blu ray, better games coming out(my opinion), built in wifi, uhhh theres more but i cant remember.

Its a debate starter, because so many people like their 360's...
Fact is it, it comes down to personal preference...but on a Hardware side, PS3 wins, when it comes to software and being user friendly, well thats all preference...
I had a 360...hated the fact i had to pay to play online, just the fact i pay for my internet service monthly then on top of that gotta pay "microsoft" some more money, i dont care how little it is, it shouldnt cost me to use my internet service to play on servers dedicated to microsoft games.
360 has too many failure's and a terrible Failure rate in the 30% area, PS3 and Wii are 3% and under...
Another thing about 360 i didnt like, kids who get mature games and cant be older than 12 and just talk shit to everyone cursing like they're street or some shit...
Its preference again here, but i think PS3 has more challenging players, and also, not so many kids playin gettin killed or losing and calling u an asshole dickhead either way...
I prefer the games on the ps3 when compared to 360, and i'm talkin exclusives...Uncharted (1 & 2), Infamous, Killzone 2, MLB The Show(s), Metal Gear Solid 4, Resistance (1 & 2), Folklore (Yes folklore), Motorstorm (1 & 2), Ninja Gaiden Sigma (1 & 2), Valkyria Chronicles....theres others just cant list or think of em all off the top...but compared to Halo and gears of war, i know 360 has other exclusives, but they arent titles i care to play...
Anyways its mostly preference in any case, but looking at hardware its obvious which is better in that breakdown...

wait on second thought keep those games... their better than the selection of games that the ps3 has...
and the ps3 live isnt really free if you have to pay an extra hundred-two hundred dollars for the wack-machine

actually all ps3's can play ps1 games, no matter which model u have. yes it sucks u cant play ps2 games on ps3 but most ppl already have a ps2 so why not just play them on there? and sony will start including ps2 games on psn store by next year. and the ps3 actually had a great line up 2008, 2009. and the line up only looks better for 2010. and really, sony is not forcing u to buy blu ray movies all over again. hell u can watch dvds on ur ps3 and they play perfectly. and really the ps3 is the best bluray player on the market since it updates itself. lets see xbox doesnt come with a built in wifi and it costs $100 dollars to buy the little add on. and if live costs $50. so if u've had live since launch that means u have spent about $200. wow what a waste.

Where's microsoft with the standard bluetooth functionality...haha shits sorry, microsoft is milking you guys for all you're worth, funny thing is, u eat it up and pay for it all, then turn around and defend the company cuz u dont wanna look like a jack-off...simply put, if u own a 360 you were too broke to spring for the ps3 (better device/console/system) and you're left with an add on hd dvd player (which are no longer produced) and you miss out playing against real gamers i.e. PS3 owners...and to add on top of it all, in a 1 year time span your HD might crash or your cpu come unglued...sorry too many errors occur with the 360 for me to keep up...whats next a blue screen of death lol

Contradiction? where? I clearly stated those who sprung for the 360 over the PS3 based on the core price are cheap and/or broke at the time of purchase but later when you decided u wanted to play online and all u had to purchase an adapter and pay for live, you just didnt realize you'd have to pay for it, but compare the systems with all the same capabilities based on wireless and access to online gameplay, the 360 is $150 more bottomline, so that $250 plus 12 or 13 months of live plus the adapter, its $400 if you want wireless and live lol, so yes cheap people will spring for the 360 based on its price then put out money for the extra capabilities that should be free...so get on with tryin to pin point any contradictions in my logic...by the way Uncharted 2 is a bad ass game...if u know someone with a ps3 check it out...
