Aztec autumn - GaryJ.

The narrative takes us to a time one generation after the Conquest, when the magnificent Aztec empire has fallen beneath the brutal heel of the invading Spaniards. But one proud Aztec, Tenamaxtil, refuses to bow to the foreign conquerors - and secretly begins to recruit from among the struggling survivors of the Conquest, an army of insurrection. On his courageous quest he finds high adventure, passionate women, unlikely allies, bright hope, and bitter tragedy. Driven by his dream of restoring the lost glory of the Aztec empire he will come to threaten the seemingly invincible power of mighty Spain. Until now, Tenamaxtil's rebellion has been little remembered, perhaps because it shed no glory on the men who would write the history books, but on its outcome depended the future of all North America.

Ma favorite book

I just finished reading "The holographic universe" by michael talbot...very interesting scientific theory about the universe and reality just being a hologram. wich would explain alot of "faith miracles" and powers of the mind like telepathy, psychokenisis. And how your mind can have an effect on the physical world. Another one of my favs. is "food of the gods" by terence mckenna....

Tough to say what's the best..

But the last book i've read was The greatest footballer you never saw: The robin friday story

Robin Friday was an exceptional footballer who should have played for England. He never did. Robin Friday was a brilliant player who could have played in the top flight. He never did. Why? Because Robin Friday was a man who would not bow down to anyone, who refused to take life seriously and who lived every moment as if it were his last.

Good read.
