CV has always tried to keep this boards productive and civil by employing very little of his Mod power. In fact I've prolly banned more users than him, and deleted most of Tejanos whiny posts, countless pointless convos between people, and Vals's posts. CV let's you guys talk alot of shit and barely deletes your posts, in the name of not abusing his authority.
In his time here, he has deleted many many many "wetback" and "nigger" threads, banned Val a few times as well as other racist posters, posted Chicano issues, has showed his support for us. He's not at all a racist, if anything Tejano has been one of the most racist posters on here, while CV had never said anything hurtful about anyone, from what I've seen, he judges based on people's character.
Because of you guys, this is no longer a Social Issues board, but more like a personal roast of a moderator who's just trying to keep the SI board on the same track it's always been on.
So what if Val, TerrorSS, and Silent Assasin say stupid shit, engage them in debate, show them that they're wrong and our resolve is stronger.

Anyways I agree with what EpioN post and stand behind Citizen V as a mod.
Citizen V has, done a good job. He, as well as EpioN, have manage to allow enough flexability in allowing diffrent points of views to be expressed. Some of you don't like this, and would rather only have pro mexican posts. If you want a site like that, well you are in the wrong place. Like EpioN said, if you don't like what someone has to say, show them how they are wrong, show them that you are stronger and are able to backup what you have to say. If you can't win a between some of the most idiotic posters here, what makes you think you can convince someone in real life (which most likely is just as dumb).
I've seen a lot of the regulars actually discuss things in a very civilized and intelligent manner.....it just seems that lately they rather bitch and whine instead of showing the new guys that they really do know what they are talking about....seems like some of the returning idiots might be winning the battle after all....
Anyways....I keep an eye on what does get deleted from here, as well as who gets banned....and you be suprised how much shit these two guys clean up.....yes some gets left....but they are catching the grand majority of it....and for that I'm thankful.....
And about some links not working....the boards are fucked....been fucked for over 6 months....thats the reason I didn't do some of the post moving or what not....sometimes when posts get moved, the links don't work....sometimes they do....sigh...still don't know why....finally had a test machine working a month or so ago...and tried doing a conversion to vBulletin and a lot of stuff wouldn't transfer....haven't had much time since then to fix the problems...

The problem is that our boards aren't just the boards....there are other internal and external components to it. Like the photopost....we want to keep those, as well as not loosing the posts here....
I'm hoping work will slow down a bit (ha...like that will ever happen) and I'll just write my own conversion program....either that or finally say fuck it and just start over and have these boards / photopost and whatever as archives....
