Default Chino Chino Japones Comer Caca y No Me Des

Does anyone know the exact origins of this rhyme? Who started it, when, where, and why? The only clue I have is from another site that said Mexican school children would tease their Asian counterparts with it. http://www.pitch.com/2006-05-18/news/ask-a-mexican/ I was just wondering since I saw it brought up in another forum and became curious. I know my mother would tease my uncle when they were kids because he had a very indigenous look. If anyone can provide any more clues, it would be greatly appreciated.
