He sat there smoking his blunt.All he culd think about was
her.Everyting they had..everything he gave up.The one girl he
culd consider his angel.The one girl that wuld probably love him
unconditionally..and he threw it away.He hit the blunt again..this time
taking out his cell phone from his left pocket.
Her numbe was the first one.Amanda.It had a picture of her by
her name.."she's so beautiful" he thought.He remembered the day he
too that picture of her.It was the first day they had ever kissed.
He hit the blunt again and hit the button to send her a text message.
"Amanda..im sorry..I fucked up..but you dont love him..you know you
dont.Please..come back to me.I need you.I miss you my angel."
He stared at the phone and argued with himself on whether or not he
should send it.He didnt want her to see this side of him.The side that
loved.He was scared to get hurt again.And he didnt want her to think he
was weak.
"Fuck it" he thought..and hit the send button.
Message sent it said on the screen.He closed his phone.
The once fat long blunt was now just a roach.He hit it a few
more times and threw it out his wndow.
He opened his ashtray inside his car and pulled out a little baggie.
Inside there were some pills.He took one.
He began to break up some weed.He wanted to get fucked
up.
Amanda pulled out her phone.Him again.Would he ever get the
picture?She rolled her eyes.
"I hate him..said he wuldnt hurt me..he knew what I went thru..
he lied..he's just like the rest.."she thought.
She began to cry.
"Fuck that"she said out loud wiping the tears away.
"im not gunna cry over any guy ever again..." she said
*Years ago*
Daniel and his maingirl TJ fought all the time.I think it was mainly
becus she knew about him and Amanda.She just culdnt prove it.
This went on for months,and evrytime they'd fight,he'd drink.And
eventually wound up drunk and on Amandas doorstep.
"What are u doing here..?"Amanda asked walking outside
"Its late Daniel.."
"Im leaving her" he said "I cant take that bitch no more...
I just wanna be with you.."
Amanda couldnt help but smile
"Are u serious..??Dont tell me this if your not serious.."she
said
He smiled at her and hugged her.
He wispered in her ear.."Im serious mama.."
Chills went down her spine.Finally..the man she fell head over heels
for was finally gunna be just hers.She was in such a magical place.
"Im going to a new school.." she said "Ill only be going for 4 hours
a day..we can see each other more.." she said..
"Thats good baby.." he said kissng her
Then something popped in her head.Where was Daniel gunna
stay?He had been living with TJ and her dad.He culdnt afford
a place and he damn sure culdnt stay with her.
"Daniel..where are u going to live..?" she asked kinda concerned..
"Well you see..thats the thing.." he said.
It didnt sound good.

Looking back now,Amanda should have lt it go then.It only brought
them closer together which made it harder now.But she never thought
they'd split up.She loved him.She thought she'd be with him forever.Like
in a fairy tail.He was her prince.
Amanda laughed.
"I was so stupid back then.."she thought.
"Love..that wasnt love.." she mumbled to herself..looking at all the stuff she had left of him.Her Daniel box.All their pictures..stuff from their first date.Just memories.Of him.Of them.Of her back then.Who she use to be.So loving.So carefree.So willing.And now..
Now she was bitter.A depressed lost soul.Cold hearted.All because of love.Losing love.Losing his love.She would never love like that again.Ever.
*Years ago*
Amanda pushed away from Daniel. "Where are u going to live..?"she asked.
Daniel culd see the tears already forming in her brown eyes.
"I gotta move outta state to my moms..just till I get on my feet and save some mney baby..then I'll be bac..you know ill be back.." he said trying to hug her again.
Amanda backed up.
"You're leaving me..?" she asked..looking him right in the eye..letting the tears fall from hers.
"Amanda Im gunna be back..this is the only option I have right now.." he walked closr to her and picked up her face by cupping her chin.
Amanda couldnt look at him.He was breaking her heart.He was crushing her inside.He had no idea.
Daniel leaned down and kissed her.It was a passionte kiss.The tears and mixed emotions seemed to help it be more passionate.
"When do you leave..?" she asked
"Tomorrow.." he said looking at her.
She sighed and looked at the cars pasing by.She wished she was in a different place right now.With him.She wished she wasnt hurting so much right now.Knowing her true love was leaving.She had spent so much time with him and had gotten so use to him that she never stopped and thought about what she would do if he was ever gone.I guess now she would find out.
"Were gunna talk on the phone every night.." he said kissing her forehead.
She just nodded her head.
"And were guna write each other too..and send pictures.." he said smiling looking at her.
"Of course baby.." she said.
She was still heart broken.
*Later that night*
Daniel and Amanda spent a few more hours together.Then he had to go.He had to go break up with TJ.
"Ill see you tomorrow baby.." he sid..giving Amanda a kiss.
"Dam right you will.."she said back..giving him another kiss.
Daniel got in his car and rolled down his window.Amanda bent down and gave him another kiss."I love you.." she said."Be careful.."."I love you too mama.."he said and drove off.
Amanda kinda smiled."Maybe this will make us closer..make our love grow."she thought to herself.She smiled and went inside to take a hot shower.
"Im moving out..Im leaving.." Daniel shouted..packing bags.
"Oh and just where the fuck are u going..?" she yelled back at him.
"Im leaving the state..Im going to live with my mom.." he said..pushing her outta the way of the bedroom door.
"Why Daniel..?" sheasked crying..grabbing him.
"Get the fuck off of me.." he screamed.."I just wanna get my shit and go.." he yelled.
Tj cried.She started hitting Daniel in the face with a hanger.She was really fuckin him up.He back handed her and she startedbleeding from the lip.
"You stupid muthafucker.." she yelled touching her lip..the looking at the blood on her finger.
"Im sorry I didnt mean to hurt you TJ but just letme fuckin lave..I just wanna leave dam..plz get it thru yur head..were done.." he said.
He picked up his bags and looked around for anything else he might have overlooked.He had gotten everything.He headed to the Grey Hound Station that night.No goodbyes to anyone.Not even Amanda.
