Adam could still hear the sirens as they sped down the road. He was only 11 when his mom was shot right infront of his eyes. His dad was arrested for it. The last thing his mom had said to him was...

"Run dont look back run-" and the bullit went right through her chest

Adam was snapped back to the future when he heard a little giggle coming into the principles office. He saw Alma being pulled into the office by another teacher. He thought she was beautiful, but he never paied attention to girls. He turned his attention from her back to his dad. They were waiting for the principle to be free. It was Adams first day. The lady at the front desk with the name "Mrs.Smith" took one look at Alma sitting in her chair.

"Miss choes may I ask what you are doing here today?!" she said putting her hands on her hips
She shrugged and smiled "I was tottaly framed!"
"mhm...do you expect me to belive that?"
she paused "do you?"
"nope not a chance!"
"Dang" Alma said "well mr.shay will!"
"thats cuz you have him wraped around little finger!"

Adam was paying attention to them.

"He knows im a sweet girl and would never do anything to hurt anybody!" she smiled wickedly
"well to bad he dosnt know the real you youd probly be suspended by now, better yet expelled to my luck!!"
The princicple mr.shay came out "Alma...what are you doing here?"

he had a folder of papers in his hands.

"I was framed mr.shay!" she got up and went to his side

And thats when she really looked at Adam. She smiled but he didnt smile back. He just nodded to her. She frowned "How rude" she thought.

"well wait right here ill take you next...ahh mr.sandoval!...I have your forms right here...I understand he is on probation?"
"yes he is his probation officer will be visiting 2 times a week!"
"if I may ask...Alma please sit down!"

Alma was being nosy she wanted to know about this boy. She just sat down and listened.

"Im sorry thats our little trouble maker back there!"
"heard that!"
he took a deep breath "she grinds my gears!"

"Enough Alma"
She giggled "yes mr.shay!"
"Thank you!...could you please sign here Adam..."
"what is it?" he asked
"its a behavor contract...its stating that if you ignore all these rules you will be under explosion!"
"were do I sign?"

Adam nodded

"you have a good day mr sandoval, Adam if you may follow me please!!" he got up and looked at Alma "ok Alma come in my office"

Alma got up, Adam followed them into his office. Mr.Shay shut the door behind them

"Alma you have a seat right here...Adam if you will please sit back there and i will print out your classes as soon as im done with Miss choes...oh Adam sandoval this is Alma choes..." he looked at Alma "now what was the accusation this tim-"

knock knock "Im sorry to bother you jim but its not letting me log onto the schools website...could you help me?"
"yes" he got up "alma please try not to break anything!"
"noooo promises!" she was touching an american flag on his desk
he rolled his eyes "be back in 5 minutes..."

he wlaked out and shut the door behind him. Alma and Adam were alone. Alma turned to him..

"so your new?" she asked
"yup!"
"I heard you were on probation..what did you do?!"
"my buisness!"
"umm ok...sorry!" she turned back around

She continued to play with the little american flag then it broke.

"op!!" she popped her lips

Adam had been watching her. He busted up laughing. She blushed. When she felt her cheeks get warm, she touched them. She hasnt blushed in forever. Adam like the blush on her. She snaped back to reality and grabed the american flag pieces. She kicked it under his desk and he walked in.

"im sorry...were were we?"
"you were about to let me go home early!"
"yea right..." he looked at Adam "I have your classes adam...you have the first 2 classes with Alma...When shes headed back to class youlll attend with her"
"woo hoo!" he said sarcastically

Alma had her feelings hurt by that little remark.

"Alma...continue..."
"well mike flores told ms warner that I through the pencil!"
"did you"
"...It wasnt ment to hit her!"
"but it did!"
"yes..."
"who was it ment for?"

"so you were throwing pencils?"
"...no!"
"you just admitted it!"
she sighed "ok yes!"

Adam chuckled. mr shay had been fixing his feet under the desks when he heard a crack. He paused. Adam and Alma waited for it. Mr shay looked under his desk and found the broke pieces of his american flag. Adam busted up lauging agian and Alma blushed and smiled.

"Im going to let you off the hook...get to class!"

Alma got up and so did Adam. They walked out together. It was quiet as soon as they got out of the office. Alma was to shy to speak.

"so what classes do you have?" she managed
"boring ones!"
"can I see?"
he looked at her she smiled he didnt "nope!"

She felt emberessed. She blushed agian. He just stared at her.

"so your names Adam..."
"yup..."
"im alma" she held her hand out
he looked at it "coo"

She felt even more emberessed. She decided to give up! She walked him to class and that was that. Almas classes sped by all she could think about was Adam. She noticed how mean he was but she still had the yerning inside her to talk to him. Lunch came. She met up with her friend Amelia at the wall were all the gangsters kicked it at. It was known as the IE wall. She put her things down and got inline for lunch. She spotted Adam walking with a guy similar to him, but uglier. She couldnt take her eyes off him. He finnaly looked her way. He saw and smiled the tiniest bit. she returned it and blushed that made him smile bigger.

The rest of the day all Alma could think about was Adam. She wanted to know what he did to put him on probation. Why he was mean. why the hard act. she knew he was a soft little boy inside...or so he thought. She fell asleep wit those thoughts in her head.

The next morning she woke up around 6. She jumped up and started to curl the ends of her hair. She wanted to look good for Adam. Her she barrowed her moms black stapless shirt with little gems on the top. She wore light blue jeans, and black flats. When she was done she made some toast and brushed her teeth. Adam was at home getting ready to leave. He was wearing blue jeans with a black T and his white addidas. He grabed his keys and headed to school. He thought about Alma and how he was mean to her. He felt bad but at the same time he tried not to care...he was unsuccessful. When he got to school the bell hasnt rung yet. Alma met her friend in the back were the student parking lot was. She was talking about Adam. They started to walk and BAM Adam bumped into them...on purpost. He looked at Amelia and started to walk away.

"What the hell!" she called not knowing it was him
"sorry" he said not turning around
"hes cute" amelia said "stop him!"
"I am...Hey asshole!"
Adam turned around "what?"
"oh...Adam..." she blushed and looked away
"well?"
"This is ad-"
"yes amelia this is the new kid!"
she didnt catch on "oh I know that but-"
Alma hit her "this is the new kid Amelia!"
Amelia looked at her mean then cought on "oh hi!" she smiled
Adam nodded "so weres this first class?"
"umm...follow me..."
"I wanna go now!"
"were going!" Alma said tired of the attitude

She grabed her back pack and hugged Amelia. Amelia took off to class. Adam and Alma just walked to class. When they got there Adam held the door for her. He didnt kno why but he was surprised he did. Alma went to the front.

"Mrs Riggs this is Adam sandoval...hes new!"
"hello Adam"
"Sup"
"This isn english we use proper language!"
"hello!" he said annoyed
"Please take your seat....next to alma thats the only seat avalible at the moment!"

He followed Alma to her seat and sat beside her. Alma could hear girls talking about Adam. She was getting annoyed.

one turned to him "What P.E. do you have?" she asked
"I dont got P.E.!"

He only talked to them to make Alma jelouse he knew what the hell he was doing!

"weight traner?" she asked
"yea"
"oh..." said the other "wanna train me!"
"anytime" he said with a smile
"Turn around michelle class is starting!" Alma said in an attitude
she laughed "ok!" she said sarcastically and looked at Anthony "Im michell"
"adam!" he said
"good now turn around!" Alma said
"are you jelouse?" she asked amused
"of yu??haa!"
"whatever...see you later Adam!"

The class went on. Anouncements came on about the girls soccer team. Alma listened and wrote down what she needed to know.

"your doing soccer?" Adam asked
she looked at him "yea love it!"
"Im training the girls soccer team at 6th period tomarro!"
she smiled "maybe ill see you there!"
"maybe" he couldnt help but smile.

I so coulnt wait till tomarro. I was gonna choose him as my trainer if I got to choose. Mann...I found myself day dreaming of him through out the rest of school.

I turned to see Adam walking towards me I smiled "hey yourself!"

I looked back out to the sky

"just thinking!"

I turned my head befor she got to finish the sentance. She was right...he was staring at me...he looked away when I looked.

Fuck shes so beautful...and a little bad ass too. All I could think about was how she cracked me up yesterday. Crazy ass! oh shit...shes looking over here fuck...He turned his head fast.

"wassup foo?" Jay laughed at him "looking all nervous!...who were you looking at?"

She blushed. Alma laughed. DING. The bell rang. They got up and got there things.

He smiled as he watched her walk out of sight.

Alma was in class being her self. Her and her friend Leo. Leo was a class clown, him and Alma were practically bestfriends.

They always made fun of someone.

she droped Lillys phone "why?" she asked still laughing!

The teacher opned her drawer and pulled out a referl. She wrote her up and handed it to her.

"Office now!"

she picked it up but the teacher snatched it and said she cussed. Alma rolled her eyes. Adam was on his way to drop off to the office too, he was walking past her class. She opened the door and he heard.

"Catch alma...run run!"

Alma booked it out of class. A boy came chasing after her.

"give them back your gonna break them!"

She hid behind the benches. Adam stoped walking and started to laugh.

"leave him alone fuck alma your mean!"

Alma noticed the voice she looked around and saw Adam. The boy snatched his glasses back and went back to class. She stood up straight and looked at him. He wasnt smiling nomore.

"What are you doing here?" she asked
"going to the office...why are you so mean!" he laughed
"I am not mean!" she smiled and started to walk beside him "Im just my little ol self!"
"were you headed?"
"same place!" she showed him the refirl and stuffed it in the trash
he laughed "what are you doing?"
"hey...im on the expolsion contract I cant have a refirl!"

she shrugged "I usualy leave early!"

"home...last week I waited for Amelia at mcdonalds" she frowned "how fucking boring that was..."

It was awkward silence

"I want tacos!"

he parked and they got out. She left her back pack in his car. They went inside. Adam stoped at the door.

She felt his fingers curl around hers. She did the same but tighter. She ordered 6 tacos. They were tiny.

"Green or red?"

When they got them, they went and sat at the empty tables. She opened hers and took a bite. he just watched her.

"are they good?"
"yes try it!"
"umm.." he looked at his "nah"
"here taste mine then!"

she picked the taco up and held her hand under it he took a bite. She smiled, he chewed and started to open his. She laughed at him. They ate and talked. She made him laugh at everything she said and did. They were in the car driving...nowere I guess lol.

"What kind of music do you like?" she asked him
he shrugged "rap...a little of rock..."
"have you heard that song kiss me through the phone?"
"I fucking hate that foo!"
"me too" she laughed "I cant stand solja boy tellem wat the fuck kina name is that?"
