yes but people never believe me when i say what i am they always say i look like a straight up cracker 'cause im real light skinned so i might as well know a little bit about my background.

no... i said its good to know of my background... not to practice the customs. i embrace my mexican side more than my white side because im more mexican than anything. but i'm not going to hate on my white side. thats stupid because its always going to be with me.

In my experience, most people that are half Mexican usually deny it and are ashamed of their Mexican side.

Well, my daughter is half Hispanic/Mexican-American. My wife is a blend of German, English, Irish, and Native American. I'm told that I look Mediterranian, yet a few of my cousins look quite Native, while other are very European. End result, my daughter looks Caucasian with a nice tan that she will never have to worry about getting tanning bed time.
