AY YO THIS IS MY FIRST STORY ITS ALL TRUE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.

I called her Smiley. It wasnt her name though. In fact, no one knew her name. Mostly cause no one knew anything about her. Just that she was from Califas. She always kept things to herself. No one knew her personal life. Nothing. Rumors spread that she was here to get revenge on her carnal's death. She wasnt like the other hynas though. She was different. If she got into some shit, she knew how to get herself out of it. If she had problems, she solved them on her own with no ones help. If you asked her a question, she would always answer you with another. She knew things that you didnt think she did. But that summer I got lucky enough to get to know her. I think this hyna changed my life. Almost as if it were...meant to be.

It was the first day of summer 05 & I was ready for everything that could be thrown at me. It was around 3 in the afternoon & I was with some homies smokin some blunts when my carnal Delo came in with some fine ass hynas. I saw one come directly at me. My name is Dreamer. Im 16 years old. I was part of the local sureno gang. I was big & tall not fat nor skinny. I was built since I worked out every once in a while. My head was shaved all the way around except for the top that I usually slicked back. Alot of hynas liked my eyes but I didnt see anything special about them. They were just brown. I was just like any other vato out there, but hynas, well thats a different story. I always got what I wanted. Anyways, that hyna came right up to me & sat on my lap.

Hyna: wussup papi?
Dreamer: hey chula whats your name?
Hyna: Traviesa..
Dreamer: why do they call you Traviesa?
Traviesa: maybe Ill show you later on tonight.
Dreamer: why not now?
Traviesa: cause I want you to want me even more than you do now.

Damn this hyna was fuckin fine. she had some big ass tits & ass. I felt like fuckin her right there just by how her voice sounded. She started gettin closer & closer to my face & gave me a kiss. I was grabbin on her ass when she stopped. Then she looked at me, gave me a sexy smile & got up to leave. As she walked away all I could think of was how I was gonna beat that shit up tonight. Just then Delo came up to me.

Delo: ay foo you wanna go to Cuete & get some shit?
Dreamer: simon but lets go a lil bit later..
Delo: aight then ima go run an errand real quick Ill be back

I stayed there with the homeboys just blazin. I couldnt stop thinkin about Traviesa. Damn that hyna. I took a big chug out of my beer. Tonight was gonna be a good night. A few hours later Delo comes to pick me up. I went in the truck & we left to Cuete.

Cuete was where all us cholos got our clothes. They sold Dickes, Ben Ds, Joker brand, everything. It was owned by an O.G. & his wife. They were pretty cool but they didnt want us to come in with locs on or lids or hats whatever you wanna call them. When we got there Charlie was arrangin shoe boxes by the door. Charlie was my homeboy. We had grown up together when we were kids. Only difference was that he wasnt bangin shit. He mostly chilled with us though.

Dreamer: wussup foo?
Charlie: ah hey man what brings you over here?
Dreamer: nada just came with Delo he just got here from upstate..needs some clothes.
Charlie: orale well thats tight..
Dreamer: ay man so what you gonna do this summer? work all day?
Charlie: nah foo mi jefe gonna send me to San Diego to work with mi tio
Dreamer: damn thats fucked up homie..
Charlie: hellz yea..
Dreamer: you think you can hook me up with a job here? while your gone?
Charlie: well if I could I would homie but the viejos already hired someone..
Dreamer: damn...
Charlie: there she goes right now..

He pointed to a hyna comin in to the store. I couldnt really see her, I was still a lil buzzed. She greeted Mr. & Mrs. Sandoval like as if she knew them from long ago. Well at least its better than comin in & seein their bitch ass son. Tony hated me & Delo for some fuckin reason. I fucked him up real bad last year & ever since he hasnt started shit. I knew if he was here he would have tried kickin me & Delo out for sure.

Charlie: well man I gotta go today was my last day..
Dreamer: aight well foo Ill see you when you get back..
Charie: orale..alratoz
Dreamer: laterz..dont forget to fuck at least one bitch while your their!!
Charlie: you already know I will lol

He left out the store & I went over to where Delo was at. He was tryin on some hats. Just then that same hyna walks up next to us to finish fixin the rest of the shoe boxes. Delo looks up at her & hits me on the chest.

Dreamer: ay foo what was that about?
Delo: damn look at that hyna..

I looked over at her & damn did she get my attention. She was so fuckin fine. All them curves on her body. DAMN. She had on some blue baggy ass Dickies but damn she pulled it off. Holdin them up was a blue canvas belt hangin down to her knee. She also had on a grey spagetti strap shirt that went right above her belly button. Her long brown hair flowin down all the way down her back. I couldnt see her face, she had on a blue lid that said L.A. on it & some locs on her face coverin her eyes. And to top it all off her blue rag was hangin out her pocket. Now that was my kinda hyna.

Delo: never in my 19 years of life have I seen a hyna that fine...
Dreamer: shit Id hit that tonight.
Delo: go spit some game see if you get her number..shit you may be lucky & get some pussy tonight too
Dreamer: if you so interested why dont you go?
Delo: foo I got a hyna
Dreamer: shit like that aint ever stop you before but anyways Ill go

I went up to where she was at but I didnt wanna make it seem obvious that I wanted to get at her so I purposely made myself bump into her. It worked.

Dreamer: oh shit my bad
Hyna: Nah its aight..

She went back to fixin the boxes. She really didnt seem interested but I kept goin at it to see how far I could go. I started lookin at some shoes kinda close to where she was. I kept lookin at her, wantin her. But what I really wanted was to see her face, well her eyes. DAMN I WANTED HER BAD. Then I thought of somethin else to say to her.

Dreamer: you should put your rag up..
Hyna: dont tell me what to do..
Dreamer: I was just sayin cause you know some puto might try & start shit with you & I dont think you want that..
Hyna: I dont give a fuck about them I do what I wanna do..anyways they know better than to mess with me..
Dreamer: you sure about that?
Hyna: positive..

This was gonna be hard. She had an attitude but yet I liked it. I wouldnt mind someone with an attitude. I quickly thought of another question.

Dreamer: so..you stay around here?
Hyna: whats it to you?
Dreamer: just curious..since Ive never seen you around here..
Hyna: well maybe we should keep it that way shouldnt we?
Dreamer: why dont we start over? Im Dreamer..
Hyna: ...Dreamer..
Dreamer: and whats your name?
Hyna: why you wanna know my name for?
Dreamer: well since I told you my name its only fair if you tell me yours..
Hyna: reality check ese..life aint fair..
Dreamer: come on mija..
Hyna: dont call me mija
Dreamer: why you playin hard to get?
Hyna: im not playin hard to get its just who I am...like it or not.
Dreamer: who are you? the hyna that keeps me up at night?
Hyna: whatever floats your boat...

As soon as she said that she walked away towards some shelfs to fix some clothes. And as she did I could help but to look at her ass & hips as they moved from side to side. I didnt hesitate to follow. Shit I always got what I wanted.

Dreamer: wait..if you were really the hyna that keeps me up at night I would recognize your voice.
Hyna: yea all that screamin & moanin really makes you get to know a person huh
Dreamer: well what can I say I got skills..

She smiled. I finally got a smile out of her. This was gettin easier by the second.

Hyna: you think your that good huh
Dreamer: shit I dont think..I know Im good
Hyna: yea I can tell you dont do alot of thinkin..
Dreamer: why dont you take off those locs so I can see your pretty brown eyes..
Hyna: its a real turn off when a vato tries to guess your eye color instead of askin..
Dreamer: fine..what color are they?
Hyna: doesnt matter you wont get to see them anyways..
Dreamer: prove it..
Hyna: I dont got to prove shit to you I dont even know you..
Dreamer: my names Dreamer Im 16 years old I live on Jackson Ave...is there anythin else you wanna know?
Hyna: I didnt wanna know that in the first place..
Dreamer: why dont you give me your number & we can talk..
Hyna: why you want to talk to me?
Dreamer: so we can get to know eachother..
Hyna: let me guess..homeboy over there told you to come & try to get at me so you could get my number & maybe just maybe some pussy..am I right?

I looked at her in astonishment. She was right. I didnt wanna answer that so I said somethin else.

Dreamer: nah why would you think that?
Hyna: I know what you vatos are like..
Dreamer: what you mean by you vatos?
Hyna: players ese players
Dreamer: I aint a player..I can prove it
Hyna: go ahead then..
Dreamer: I aint gotta prove anythin to you I dont even know you..
Hyna: good now we're even..

Once again she walked away but this time into the back room. I knew I wasnt gettin really far now but I wasnt gonna quit. I wanted her more than I did Traviesa. I dont know why. Even though she was stubborn I wanted her & I was gonna get her. I walked back over to where Delo was at, with his arms full of clothes.

Dreamer: ready?
Delo: yea lets bounce..you got her number?
Dreamer: nah she wouldnt even tell me her name..
Delo: oh hell no you, Dreamer, couldnt get that hynas number? much less her name?
Dreamer: she was stubborn eh..
Delo: yea whatever foo..

We went to the register & I saw her come out again..she passed right by me & both me & Delo watched her go over to some locs & fix them on the display wheel.

Delo: damn...she teasin..
Dreamer: she sure is..

He paid for the stuff & we started to leave. I took one last look at her & winked. She saw & smiled. This was gonna be a good summer.
