open eyes yet still blind to these times we done entered
it's been a long time coming and the signs getting clearer
why is it you wise men still can't seem to see it?
so foolish to think that your battle will beat it
its a force greater than yourself or any army on earth
one that can touch you in death and erase your whole birth
stand with it or against it, aint no sittin in the middle
the message is clear, why do you still think it's a riddle?
so wake the fuck up and turn away from your sin
dont get caught sleepin because your future is dim
why are you so involved with the ways of this world?
your heart still lusts for them diamonds and pearls
treasures of the earth all the money and gold
temporary pleasure for which you done sold your soul
and fuck that flag to which you pledge your allegiance
down to die for the beast and you dont even see it
fighting for your own demons, wheres your loyalty at?
with the dirty snakes who you trust, what kind of shit is that?
you can't even see whats in front of your face
your open eyes are still blind, you sleep when your awake.
