MainG Im with u 10000000% I had the same conversation with my piece-of-shit cousin, he has 2 baby girls from different moms and dont get me wrong i love them both but he doesnt even respond to none of them--- he said im "buena para nada" because I havent had any kids ... Im 24 i live on my own im very independent and plan on being like that for a few more years until I have what I want and have done what I want to do (travel, have my own house, finish skool, etc) but hey I guess like they said "misery loves company" ....

im not making any assumptions. like i said i know a few that have "matured" with a child but most don't.

Your mom had you at age 28 and your way of thinking is different. Cus what i have read from you, you seem very smart!

Kids that are raised by "young" parents seem to think differently.

if you think that because a girl goes out to have time to herself and some fun, means that she doesnt give a damn about her child then i have to sy you are one retarded female.
on another note nobody is ever ready to have a child no matter what age, some 18 year old parents provide better for their kids thant some 28 year olds.
its not a bad thing to have a kid at 28 or whatever age you decide, after all its your life and if your family wants to talk shit to you for it then its their problem.

my mom had me when she was 33, my jefe was like 50 something no joke...I think in the early middle 30s is good, and its not uncommon as so many people think to have kids or start having them at that age. My mom raised my two sisters on her own, and my dad was there half of the time for me, so we kinda saw the struggle and luckily none of us had a kid at an early age. My oldest sister is the only one with kids now, first one at 31 second at 35, and her and her vato have pretty good jobs a house and can actually be their for their kids. I have had a few girls get miscarriages and the last one kind of hurt, but I still wasnt ready, I was 26...in the end for me whats going to hopefully decide if im ready or not is if im in a good relationship, that I actually care for her and were not going to end up breaking up because I dont want to have a kid and only be there part of the time or going thru the bullshit some parents go thru when they arent together with kids involved. That and being stable and being ready to settle down, last thing I want to be is that drunk fucked up dad...

I go out every once in a while, have some time to relax. We all need it, kids are a handful. But then there are those girls that go out every weekend, get shit faced and act a fool. Those girls I stay away from.

Theirs a certain kind of fun. If you leave your house say a "night with the girls" but still have your child in mind call the babysitter to check on him then thats cool. Thats what i call a mature "mom/mother".

But the girls i've seen usually don't give a damn they get drunk do drugs come home the next day like if they were single w/no responsibilities. Some even come home with "guys".

But you are right "teen" moms/dads some times can be a better parent then a 28yr or older parent. But its more likely the opposite.
