Mom- Abby Josue just called… he said he was landing earlier then expected if you could please go pick him up
A- Omg really!!! Ahhh ok im on my way!!
M- be careful and make sure you take the Range Rover for his luggage…

I couldn’t believe it … in a few hours I would see Josue it had been 2 years since I last saw him!! He was my nerdy friend… lol he has always been such a great friend to me!! I remember how he used to get picked on because he was skinny and wore glasses; he wasn’t really cute but he had a big heart!! … he never let it get to him though…. He got accepted into Oxford and graduated with honors!! I really wished I coulda seen him graduate… I was too tied up with school… Anywho he came from a very wealthy family like mine…. Our families were very close!!
I got in the Range Rover and headed to the airport…. It was funny how he preferred flying in a commercial airline then taking the private jet… he was modest never flashy maybe that’s why we got along so well…. I couldn’t wait till he met Eduardo I really hoped they would hit it off!!
I finally got to the airport and waited in the arrival area… I couldn’t see him anywhere maybe he was running late… I called Eduardo to see what he was doing….
E- hey beautiful…
A- hey baby!! Watcha doing?
E- nothing important… just reviewing some contracts…
A- cool…
E- whats that noise?
A- oh I forgot to tell you Im at the airport..

A- I came to pick up my best friend Josue…
E- couldn’t he call his family?!

A- yeah… we are gonna go have lunch you know to catch up

I felt like he had gotten upset… then again he knew I loved him and only him!!
I waited and Josue didn’t show…

He dropped his luggage and gave me the tightest hug I have ever gotten in my life!!! He twirled me around!!! I couldn’t help but feel soo happy and laugh!!!... He finally put me down and I saw how ppl stared at us lol…
I must say he wasn’t the guy I remembered….
He had gotten taller… he an athletic body… he was even buff… he didn’t wear glasses anymore… he had a deep voice… and he was verrry handsome from the guy I used to remember… I was dazzled from his transformation!!!

J- why thank you… and of course you look even more beautiful then from the last time I saw you!!
A- ah liar… lol .. I look the same…
J- soo how about lunch out our favorite place!!
A- of course…

He got his stuff in the truck… I got in the passengers seat… and he drove off to Tampico’s… nothing fancy… but omg did they have the vest shrimp there… it was our place… we never go there with anyone else.. our special place lol
We finally got there… we sat outside… we ordered some shrimp and some crawfish… to drink we had some micheladas…. It was delicious!! The whole time we caught up and laughed about the good old days!!

He wanted to meet him… he said to get his approval… lol
I told him how Mikeala and I hardly spoke… he never really liked her to begin with… all he could say is I was better off… it sucked but whatever…
Josue told me about his adventures in Europe… his girlfriends and how girls were soo much more well out there… he said relationships were overrated… we chilled a little longer when I hung out with him I forgot about the world… lol

A- he’s good… he doesn’t like Eduardo very much…
J- well the old man has to have a reason…
A- he has no reason Josue…

We paid for our food and left…
On the way to my house we talked more and more.. it was like a never ending conversation…
We finally got to my house…
J- I like what yall have done to the place…
A- thanks you know how my dad is… always going over the top

I walked inside to my house… I was happy to have my best friend back in town
I went to my room and laid down on my bed… I was kinda tired. But it was still early… barely 2pm…
I checked my phone and I had 2 missed calls from Eduardo and a txt… it said to call him and so I did…
E- yeah…
A- hey babe k paso
E- K PASO?
A- well yeah you told me to call you
E- well there the fukk were you at!!
A- I went to have lunch with Josue…
E- oh and you say it like nothing… I called you why didn’t you answer
A- I had it on silent… im sorry…
E- man whatever.. ill call you later…
A- wait no.. plz don’t be mad at me
E- well what do you want me to think when your out with some guy and you don’t answer
A- Well you know we are just friends… nothing more
E- yeah ok…
A-Eduardo!! I love you… plz I don’t wanna fight…

E- yeah… so what are you doing? Are you still with him
A- im at home laying down on my bed!!

We hung up… Eduardo and I had never argued before… I didn’t wanna fight with him at all… Im pretty sure he got jealous or something but he had no reason to be… I knew it was nothing to worry about… at least I hoped so…
The brightest idea popped into my head… I was gonna throw Josue a welcome back party at the house with our closest family and friends… and then him and Eduardo could meet!! It would be awesome!!
Soooo I decided to make some calls!!!
