usc trojans win rose bowl, mark sanchez, mexican american
just looked it up on wikipedia and mark sanchez is a third generation mexican american.his parents were both fruit pickers that worked in texas and central califonia.yesterday he led the trojans to the rose bowl title with 4 touchdowns and 416 yards passing.his grandfather is from zacatecas, mexico.sanchez played against a defense that only gave up 12.4 points a game, should have been in the bcs game if you ask me.

Hopefully he'll go pro eventually...He's thinking about going pro for the 2009 draft but I think he'd be better off playing another year in USC and then wait tiill 2010...although there is always the risk of injury to derail it....

They'll be fine with Schaub. He just needs to improve on the turnovers and stop getting injured when someone looks at him wrong and he'll put up some good numbers. The Texans were one of the best offenses in the league in putting up yards. They just couldnt protect the ball.
