Jokes stayed over at Mini's for a while.Meanwhile Jaslene was with Guera laying down in her room bumping some 2pac.Guera was singing to Shed So Many Tears.
Guera:: Ahh, I suffered through the years, and shed so many tears..
Lord, I lost so many peers, and shed so many tears...I like this song its bad ass.
Jaslene smiled at her while she kept singing.Jaslene picked up her phone and dialed up Jokes.She had been calling him for about 40 minutes and he hasn't picked up.This was strange.Guera noticed something was up by her face.
Guera:: What's up?
She put the volume down from the radio.
Jaslene:: I'm calling Abraham over and over.And he dosen't pick up.
Guera:: Did he tell you he was gonna go anywhere?
Jaslene:: Well,just to go check on Anthony.Then go home.
Guera:: Hmmmm...
Jaslene:: What?
Guera:: Nada.
Guera stood up and went through Jaslene's cds.
Jaslene:: Guera.What's up?
Guera:: Nada...I just didn't know you let him go over there alone.
Jaslene:: I don't,but it was gonna be quick..so..
Guera:: So this was a perfect chance for Mini to be all up on him.
Jaslene:: You think?
Guera:: Jaslene..shes a hoe.Why wouldn't she?
Jaslene picked up her phone quickly and dialed again.No answer.
Jaslene:: Fuck.
She trew her phone.
Jaslene:: He wouldn't though...I doubt it.
Guera:: Let's hope so.Cuz temptation,you know how the saying goes.
Jaslene stayed quiet and looked down.Just then Triste came into the room.He jumped on the bed and landed on top of Jaslene.
Jaslene:: Jerry!!!Stop!Get off fucker!
She pushed him off.
Triste:: So much rudeness.
Guera:: Shes not in the mood.
Triste:: Why?
Guera:: Jokes wont pick up her calls.
Triste:: Serio?I just called him like a minute ago and he answered.
Jaslene looked at him wideyed.
Jaslene:: Really?
Triste:: Simon.
Jaslene:: What was he doing?
Triste:: He was driving home from Mini's.
Jaslene looked over at Guera and ran into the bathroom crying.
Triste:: Que tiene?
Guera:: You wouldn't understand.
Guera went out the room to find Jaslene.
Triste:: I can never know nothing ey!
Triste walked out the room and into his.Guera walked over to the bathroom door and knocked.
Jaslene:: He was with her Guera..I feel it.
Guera:: 0pen up please.
Jaslene opened the door and hugged her.
Jaslene:: I feel it.That's why he wouldn't answer.He was fucking her.
Guera:: Maybe he was playing with Tony.
Jaslene:: 0h please.
She cried harder.Guera stayed by her side until she relaxed.She walked her to her room and sat down with her.
Guera:: Just be patient,he'll call you and you will both get this shit straight ok?
Jaslene nodded...but Guera was wrong.The day turned into night and no call from Jokes.Two days passed by and no word from him.She went over to his moms house but noone would answer the door or their phones.She was going insane not hearing from him.The only one who had seen him was Triste.But he didn't know what was up.Jaslene didn't want him to overreact and trip on Jokes.She would just ask him to tell Jokes to call her.But no such luck.Jaslene had also gone to Minis.0nly to find out she moved out with one supposed aunt.Two weeks and a half had gone by and Jaslene had not heard anything.She was laying on her bed,thinking of the times she was with him.Jaslene looked over to her moms frame and picked it up.
Jaslene:: Mami...Tu que estas arriba...I beg you to please take care of my Abraham.Make sure that he's not in any harm and that he will come back to me in one peace.I miss him ever so dearly.He is my whole heart.Please mami...help me out.
Jaslene kissed the picture and layed down with it.She drifted off to sleep slowly.The next morning she woke up feeling like shit.She had been waking up like this since she last heard from him.She took a shower and got dressed to go to school.She dressed in her black sweats and big white t-shirt.She put on her white vans and pulled her hair into a bun.She wore no make-up.She didn't feel the need to dress up.The school day went by slow.In lunch she sat alone,deep into her thought.She remembered their last conversation...
-Flashback-
Jaslene:: How long are you gonna stay to visit him?
Jokes:: 5 minutes top mija.I will call you when I leave.
Jaslene:: You wont do nothing funny now would you?
Jokes:: Chales babe.You know your the one for me.
He leaned down and kissed her.Jaslene smiled.
Jokes:: I love you babe.
Jaslene:: Forever?
Jokes:: And ever and ever and ever.
He grabbed her by the face and kissed her all over as Jaslene giggled.
-End of Flashback-
Jaslene wiped the tears from her face just in time as the bell rang.She picked up her stuff.As she walked away she bumped into a guy.She dropped her stuff.
Jaslene:: Crap!
Guy:: Sorry..I'm sorry.
Jaslene:: It's ok.I wasn't concentrated.
She bend down and picked up her stuff.She looked over at the guy.He was really cute.She had never seen him before.He smiled.Jaslene smiled.
Guy:: Sorry about that.
Jaslene: It's ok.It was an accident.
Guy:: Alright.
He looked at her softly.
Guy:: Are you ok?You look like you have been crying.
Jaslene:: 0h no..
She smiled.
Jaslene:: I just had something in my eye..
He looked at her and could tell she was hurt.
Guy:: I'm 0sc...
The staff member blew the whistle.
Staff member:: Class now!0r I will give you two a ticket.
Jaslene smiled at the guy.
Jaslene:: Sorry I gotta jam.I can't get a ticket.
She walked away and went to her class.The guy looked at her as she walked away....Jaslene made it to her class and went in.She sat in her regular seat.She had Temper in that class..he would annoy her so badly now that Jokes was nowhere to be seen.Temper pulled up a chair and sat next to her.
Temper:: Chula.
He kissed her cheek.
Jaslene:: Leave me alone for the billionth time.
Temper laughed.
Temper:: Mija.You look so beautiful...you shine like the sun.You brighten my world...Your fuck...
He laughed again.
Temper:: Look at me getting all poetic and shit.
Jaslene:: Are you done??????Leave.
Temper:: I got a hot chisme for you.
Jaslene:: Like I care.
Temper:: It's about your lameass Jokes.
Jaslene looked at him.He took a bite from the apple he brought from lunch.
Jaslene:: What?
Temper:: Uh uh.You know the rules.A kiss or no chisme.
Jaslene hesitated.
Jaslene:: Where?
Temper:: My lips presiosa.Where else?
Jaslene:: This better be good.
She leaned and gave him a pop kiss.
Jaslene:: Now go.
Temper:: I heard your vatito Jokes is living with Mini and their kid.
Jaslene:: Your lying.
Temper:: Would I lie to you Jaslene?
She stayed quiet.
Temper:: They have been living together for almost 2 weeks or 3.I don't remember.
Jaslene calculated it in her head.Just around the time she last heard from him.
Jaslene:: I don't believe you.
Temper:: Truth hurts huh?
He took another bite from his apple.Jaslene stared at him hard trying to hold back her tears..but she couldn't.It was too much.She stood up and walked out of the classroom.She sat down on the hallway and cried between her legs.
Guy:: Are you ok?
Jaslene:: No.Now go away!
Guy:: I would like to help you.
Jaslene:: How could you fucken help me!!
Jaslene looked up to find the same guy from before.
Guy:: You can talk to me and I'll help you out.
Jaslene:: I don't need your help ok?!
Guy:: I just...
Jaslene:: Just..shut up ok.Fuck all you fucken vatos!!
She stood up and walked away from him once more.She walked straight out of the school and went straight home.She ran all the way home to release the stress.When she got home she was super tired.She went into the bathroom and took a shower.When she got out she dressed in some navy blue basketball shorts and a big white t-shirt.She was combing her hair and looking at the pictures on her mirror stand.They where of her and Jokes..kissing,laughing,hugging.Tears streamed down her face.
Jaslene:: Where the fuck are you Abraham.Te extrano...
The tears feel down her eyes.Just then their was a knock on her door.She went over and opened it.It was Abigail.
Jaslene:: What?
Abigail:: You have a visitor.
Jaslene:: I'm not up for noone.Tell them to come back later.
Abigail:: Trust me.You'll want to see him.
Jaslene:: Him???...Jokes?!
Abigail nodded smileing.Jaslene's heart speed up as she ran down the stairs.She went into the living room and there he was.Jaslene ran to him and hugged him as tight as she could.He didn't hug her back.
Jaslene:: 0h baby.I missed you so much.
She kissed his cheek then his lips.Jokes grabbed her by her arms and moved her off him gently.Jaslene stared at him confused.
Jaslene:: Baby?
Jokes:: We need to talk?
Jaslene:: About?
Jokes:: We're through..whatever we had..its over esa.
Jaslenes heart stopped had she really heard those words.She looked at him with her eyes getting watery.
Jaslene:: What?
Mini:: Like you heard bitch.
Jaslene turned to find Mini holding baby Anthony in her arms...
