They were able to keep in the game with RBI's from what I saw. As far as the phillies if it wasn't for the many RBI's they had the score's would of been mostly in LA's favor...too bad LA couldn't score for shit with runners on base.

Even with that stat they can still get enough runs to stay in the game with a team that is good with having runners on base. This will be a good series to watch thats for sure.

My point was that is a freak occurance... not something achieved thru skill or endurance.
And yeah, this post season Yanks have been horrible with RISP. But that dont matter because they can sock a dinger at any given point with any given player.

This stats unusal. But hitting two home runs in even a world series game hase been done lots of times. It was just the second time a lefty hit two off another lefty. Big whoop.
